If you’re hired for the role, you’ll go through a rigorous training program and be taught directly by Michael Choi, who’s the founder and CEO of the company. The first half (roughly) is focused on skills development, and the second half will be project-based, where you will learn from a dedicated mentor.
After the training, be prepared to change the lives of many through education!

Technically, once you pass the screening, you will be officially hired by Village 88 as a probationary Trainer. If you did well and finished the training, you will be regularized and be provided with company benefits.
How is the training done and what does it include?
Our training program service (material, platform, instructor service, etc.) would typically cost $15,000. You may check programming bootcamps and compare prices online. We will provide this to our successful hires for FREE. Training is done remotely, at the comfort of your home, using our learning platform through check-ins, collaboration with teammates, activities, and assessments.
